"As a newer employee of Vibrant Therapy Services , I have to say that the most impressive thing is the clinical policies and procedures manual. It sounds ridiculous I know, as you generally expect the policies and procedures, manual to be dry and one-sided. But this is the first time in 23 years of experience that I have felt the manual was respectful of the contractor. It was fair and to the point , without a bunch of legalese. It spoke to the core values of the company, of respecting both colleagues and clients as individuals and for their own unique assets. It was breath of fresh air.
