Speech Sound Production
Speech sound disorders include articulation errors, phonological disorders, motor/neurological disorders, & structural differences.
Language
Language disorders include expressive language (the ability to communicate verbally or non-verbally), receptive language (the ability to understand language), and pragmatic/social language skills (skills we use while interacting with others).
Swallowing disorders/feeding therapy
May include difficulty chewing and swallowing foods/liquids, difficulty drinking from a bottle, and/or selective eating.
Other Services
Include literacy, fluency (stuttering) therapy, cognitive/executive functioning therapy, adult speech and language therapy, and Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE).

Jessica Garrett
Founder & Director
Jessica Garrett is the proud owner of Vibrant Therapy Services LLC. She has a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Jessica is licensed in the states of Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico. She has worked with adults and children in a variety of settings including early intervention, home health, skilled nursing facilities, schools, and private practice. Her special interests include language and literacy development, feeding and swallowing disorders, executive functioning skills, social skills, and complex communication needs. Jessica is passionate about ensuring that therapy is creative, meaningful, evidence-based, neurodiversity affirming, and FUN.
